CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-In is between 3:00pm - 6:00pm CDT and Check-Out is 11:00am. If arriving outside of the set check-in times, please call in advance to make arrangements. Please, out of respect and courtesy of other house guests and the owner/operator no calls or unexpected arrivals after midnight.

RATES, DOUBLE OCCUPANCY AND TAX

Room rates posted on this web site are based on double occupancy. Each additional person added to qualified rooms will result in an additional  $25 fee. These rates are subject to change without notice. Rates posted do not include local - 7%, or state 6% hotel occupancy tax. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to non-room related items purchased by occupants.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT METHODS

We prefer that our guests make reservations on-line and make payment upon check-in however, we can also take your reservation and debit/credit card payments over the phone. 

Walk-ins may pay with debit/credit cards or cash, no checks will be accepted.

CANCELLATION

Davis on Morton is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least two (2) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than two (2) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

FIRE SAFETY RULES

Davis on Morton is a "NO SMOKING - NO TOBACCO - NO VAPE" campus. Smokers/Dippers/Chewers/Vapers must exit the property to the front sidewalk to partake. Violators will be asked to immediately leave the property without refund and are subject to additional charges up to $250 associated with cleaning or fumigation required as a result of the violation.

The use of candles on the campus is prohibited except for special occasions conducted under the supervision  of the owner/operator.

Due to the age of the home and for your safety fireplaces in the home are not operational, please do not light or attempt to use fireplaces.

CHILDREN

Well mannered children age 12 or older accompanied by an adult are welcome at Davis on Morton.

PETS

Sorry, guests are not allowed to bring pets to Davis on Morton.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY

Damage reported or unreported or missing items will be charged to the guests credit card.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

For your safety internal and external common areas of the property are under 24/7 video surveillance.

NOTICE

Davis on Morton is approximately 120 years old. Although it has undergone several renovations during its life and modern amenities have been added its previous owners have been able to preserve its 120 year old charm. In so doing not all present day building codes have been applied. Given that, we are not able to accept reservations for those who are physically handicapped and have difficulty with entry steps or stairs. All rooms are located on the second floor and require stair climbing with your luggage. Bell services are not available.
