ABOUT
John Bue McDougall was a prominent business man in the early days of Denison, TX. He commissioned French architect, Pierre Lelardoux to design this elegant Victorian home at 412 W Morton Street and it was completed circa 1900. John lived in the home until he died in 1920. The home and McDougall's enterprises were passed on to his stepson George D. Moulton who is known as the father of the Denison Dam.
The Davis family is pleased to share this North Texas historical treasure with you for one or more nights weekly Friday - Monday, or for your special event, whether it is a small business meeting or as grand as your wedding!
Davis on Morton was formerly known as "Inn of Many Faces"
